Sacred Container

Community Guidelines

These guidelines are the threads that weave our container. By joining the circle, you agree to hold them with care.

01

Confidentiality is sacred

What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Do not screenshot, repeat, or reference another member's story outside this space.

02

Witness, do not fix

When a sister shares, listen. Resist the urge to advise, rescue, diagnose, or compare. Presence is the medicine.

03

Speak from your own experience

Use 'I' statements. Share what is true for you without prescribing it for others.

04

Respect difference

We come from many faiths, paths, cultures, and life stories. Hold space for perspectives unlike your own with curiosity, not judgment.

05

This is peer support, not therapy

If you are in crisis or need clinical care, please seek a licensed professional. Our facilitators are not therapists.

06

Arrive when you can, leave when you must

There is no pressure to share, attend every call, or perform wellness. Tend to your own rhythm.

Important

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or acute distress, please contact a crisis line, a licensed clinician, or emergency services. Third Moon is not equipped to provide clinical or emergency care.
